Serious about recreating this craft ??
You need
A storage box -I got it from Supermarket.
A drill to make holes OR You can make a hot metal rod and pierce holes
Foam 1/2” Thick
Glue gun and sticks
Use a good quality glue stick like gorilla glue sticks
or glue sticks of specific categories.
Don’t use regular glue sticks .
Fabric 1.5 Yard
Hardboard sheet for reinforcement
Cardboard sheets for lining
Fabric for lining 1 Yard
Wood glue -Gorilla wood glue
Furniture legs
Sharp knife for cutting foam.
Thick thread or cord
Use a crate box instead of storage box/will be more durable.

I’m not sure if anyone has ever suggested this to you so I apologize if you’ve heard this too much already. If you use a combination of Hot Glue (in your favorite brand) that will give you a quick bond and E6000 (or other brand equivalent) that will give you a very very strong permanent bond. I like to put some of my E6000 on whatever I’m gluing then add some hot glue to it then place it. It’s the best all in 1 kinda craft glue solution I’ve found in any of my years crafting. I hope at the very least I can help provide a few small tips, one crafter/diyer to another. Great project. If you’d prefer to use wood glue for bottom and legs you can still add a dollop of hot glue to a couple small dots that are off center. And when you do use wood glue you probably only need a quarter of what you used. Excess will make for a weaker bond. AND using less makes the project even cheaper! I don’t think I’d ever seen anyone create the shape you did and I’m very excited to try it out. My granddaughter is due in March and I think maybe I’ll make one from wood for her room. Only wood because wood is often my medium choice and so I have the tools and space to do a more permanent piece otherwise if this was her mom wanting to make it in her small apartment I’d definitely be pointing her to this vid. I actually will very likely point her to your channel anyway. I’m looking forward to future vids! And watching old ones I’ve never seen. Lol
Thank so much for your time.I discontinued using E 6000 due to some health issues.If you are using it without precautions like a vapour respirator and other protective measures please do so .Highly toxic glue.

Hot glue will not set and dry if mix with any other glue. You should use it in separate spots.

Try E6000. There's even a version specifically for fabric.
Or Locktite. You can go on their website and it will show you which adhesive to use for whatever material you're using.
Exactly what I was thinking, so many people use hot glue when E6000 would work far better.
E6000 should be used with precautions like a quality respirator and a gloves to avoid the toxic fumes, should be used on well ventilated area .
PLEASE NOTE: This glue predominantly contains Tetrachloroethylene which is absorbed easily via vapour (and skin) exposure into your brain, liver, kidney, lung and fat tissues where it then redistributes itself throughout your body. It is fat-soluble so hangs out predominantly in your fat cells which store it for a long time - regular exposure has a build-up effect. It also interrupts the Tuberoinfundibular pathway causing dopamine issues, menstrual cycle changes, visual problems, headaches and can lead to infertility or miscarriage if pregnant. It is a known cancer agent.
I used to use that for rhinestones ,Without reading that warnings on the glue .Then I experienced sudden sickness like headache, dizziness and more . Then I figured if out it is the fumes I breathed ,discontinued after a research .Many other people had the same issues, precautions like a respirator and gloves in a well ventilated area is highly recommended .For me I love to enjoy the crafts I do without a “spacesuit “in a relaxed mode.
It is an incredible glue but extremely TOXIC.

3M spray adhesive works well with foam and plastic. You can use a few drops of E6000 or hot glue as well to help hold it in place while it's drying.

This is so cute and I was impressed you were able to touch the hot glue through the fabric the few times I used hot glue I burned my fingers so I stopped using it . the materials were so thin I would burn myself too badly to be able to hold the pieces in place and would ruin the projects. I might give it another try because I’m dying to have this piece but in a Emerald green.
I've burned my finger tips quite a bit using a glue gun. When using hot glue with thin materials I use my scissors or something apply pressure. They also sell silicone finger tip covers on Amazon that I've been wanting to try.
