What's the dangers on stalling this wing? Does flying flat require a lot of muscle or not that much and can you then feel the stall point coming?

As long as you know you are flying mostly out of control. You are flying with your legs apart. So they are only side ballast which means you have hardly any margin left for extension when you get too close to terrain. i know it might feel more stable because having your legs out like that is kind of a brake but you are greatly reducing your weight shift and you are going to need it to avoid a crash.
