It’s obvious that there is a deeper underlying issue at hand, and he is using his platform as a manager/supervisor to feed into his “sickness”. This was sick. There are plenty of men and women in the workforce who are as much, or more, competitor than this man, and do not behave in this manner. If the CEO did not want to dismiss this man, then, at the very least, he should’ve suspended him, and required that he go to counseling until further evaluation. In my opinion the CEO is disrespectful to these young women by not firing this man, and merrily smacking him on the hand making him “promise” that he’s going to apologize to them. I think this hooters is franchise. A CEO cannot fire a manager of franchise only the franchise owner.
Are you sure because I’ve seen the ceo of several different companies do that if the situation could effect the company to the point we’re they could start loosing either customer’s and/or staff because of what this person is doing,and if you remember,when he said he was having a hard time biting his tongue.I honestly thought that when he revealed who he really was, I honestly that was going to fire the guy right then and there or at the very least demote him down to being a dishwasher or a busser or something like that.
I went to a Hooters a few years ago to watch a playoff game. I ended up having a pretty candid talk with my bartender who'd been working there for 7 years. On the one hand, she said she made incredibly good money and loved being a server. But she also said her managers were pervs, the cooks were dumb and/or ex-cons, and few of the other girls really care enough to work hard. But, she said, she makes $60,000 a year in tips alone, not including her salary. It truly is amazing what we will put up with for money.

Jimbo is beyond unacceptable and if it were my business, I would have immediately fired him! The fact that this CEO only required a verbal apology is disgraceful, I hope these girls file charges!
Well, he may have tried to do more but the manager even balked and doubled down at that!
I don’t think it was disgraceful at all. He was being merciful. Giving second chances is absolutely graceful and admirable. But I agree with the person above me that once he refused to be apologetic even in the presence of his own boss? he should probably be let go…

This guy isn’t a manager, he is a creep who needs to be put on the Registry asap.
he definitely forces some of those girls to fk him. you can see how scared they are of saying no and losing their jobs.
