Umm good question , as per me there are organisation who will not value your work no matter how hard work you have done for them they will never praise you , it means you are at wrong place and this is one of the reason i quit this job , but every coin have two sides there are good organisations so as well who will praise you for your works and give you the perks which will make you feel motivated and if you enjoy the process and you are happy for the work which you are doing then there’s is no looking back , i hope it clarified your doubt😊
