綠度母為廿一尊度母之主，《綠度母心咒》：嗡。達咧。嘟達咧。嘟咧。梭哈。
此乃廿一度母之根本咒。如果常勤念誦，就能逐漸斷除輪迴之根源。修持綠度母心咒，免除一切魔障、瘟疫病苦，消除一切水火刀兵盜賊之難。能增長現世福慧、富貴、壽命，圓滿出世間智慧，培養慈悲心開啟菩提心。凡有所求，無不從願，命終時往生極樂。虔誠修習綠度母法門者，終能除一切業障，成就出世功德，速得無量圓滿功德，其功德利益廣大無量、不可思議。 大悲菩提寺 妙音法師開示

Green Tara is manifested by the light emitted from the right eye of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva. Green Tara can relieve all kinds of sufferings of sentient beings, and can also delight all sentient beings. Chanting Green Tara mantra will beget riches, affluence, wealth, material comforts and make all your wishes come true. The GREAT COMPASSION BODHI PRAJNA TEMPLE, located in a peaceful hidden forest just north of Toronto, Ontario, has been strongly devoted to providing both adult Buddhism education and youth mediation education in the western society for the past ten years.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic during the past three years, the temple has temporarily been closed to the public.

Venerable Abbess, thank you for this beautiful explanation of each sound of Green Tara mantra. Om- sound that connects us to the divine, Tare - Liberation, Tuttare - Removal of external and internal obstacles, Ture - Granting success, Soha - "So be it" or "Amen".
It is also blissful to understand the three benefits of chanting Green Tara mantra, viz. 1. Development of Compassion, 2. Being aware of the true self (five aggregates), 3. Accumulation of blessings and wisdom for this and the future lives.
Also, I was amazed and was moved by Tara Ma's vow to stay in the Samsara for the compassion towards all sentient beings.
