Elway was one of the only players on those teams who came into the league as a star. The rest of them had to fight just to make those championship teams. The rest is history.
Steve M. was the 49ers head Coach. Mark S. was a great player in the NFL. Prime always brings in people that have been there and done that. The kids today, take in information better from people that have put the work in.
One thing we should not forget. His focus was mainly on friendship and opportunity. Let's remember he also persisted through hard times while rehabbing from all those many surgeries. First comes the work, then comes the reward.

Been Listening to Mark for years on The Fan, as I drive the Boulder turnpike to work in academics at CU. What a fantastic wedding of my two favorite teams. The Broncos and the Buffs! Mark is the real deal. Huge man of character and an outstanding speech. TEAM is everything. Had me choked up too, and that is the second time I heard that story. Coach Prime is laying the ground work with these legendary coaches, motivators and speakers, for a life of character, teamwork and lasting relationships for everyone in the room. Best guest speech so far in my opinion goes to #69 Mark Schlereth. Well done!
