Not sure if you meant liquid aeration. If so, it can be effective depending on the ingredients used. John & Bobs makes a good product called Penetrate.

The only thing that worries me about it, is that it turns brown in the winter compared to let's say Saint Augustine. I'm in North Florida.
It depends on how much shade. If the grass is completely shaded most of the day I would probably recommend some other native plants besides grass. If it was partially shaded but still received a decent amount of sunlight, Centipede or Zoysia could thrive there.

The temps have been pretty good this year. We hit the 80s earlier than I’ve ever seen. Hope it’s not too hot, and dry, of a summer🤞🏾

you can water daily (small amount) during a drought, actually works better than deeply, only during a drought mixed with high heat
This is true. You can also water everyday (multiple times) when applying grass seed/ sod. There are definitely some exceptions

Hi Cj, I'm in north Florida. Does Centipede grow okay on brown/reddish fill builder dirt? My builder will lay directly on the lot fill.
Yes, Centipede will grow in just about any medium, but this builder dirt is not ideal. Consider being aggressive with soil amendments.

I think it is because it’s so low maintenance and easy to mess up with chemicals. Dormancy means less cutting, we need that little break 😂
