I got to Fuso and I got to remind myself why I never really liked IJN BB grind. These shells have wings and stay in the air forever. That is why I like to go in and personal.

Fuso is an amazing warship. I love to play her in games where she's available
I've had more of my Krakens in the Fuso than anything else . . . if you can aim it well, it's a blast! Can often even do well when stuck at bottom tier in a T8 battle as well . . .
That's why I seldom fired when in Fuso unless all 12 guns are on target, because its dispersion can be rather troll at times. I still quite liked Fuso, for its tanky hull (for its tear), lower reload, and long reach when the speed lets me down. I tended to play it as a medium range ship, occasionally a brawler when situations permit, my favorite ship in the whole game and the one reason I miss playing wows.
I’ve actually found Fuso to be pretty reliable, even as someone who seems to really get screwed by BB dispersion quite often. It’s not super accurate, but if you can get a full volley off, the volume of shells usually nets me a good chunk of damage if not 1 or 2 citadels.

The slow battle cruiser can be great if you deploy your aircraft early in game, and try sniping broadside with all 12 of your 14 inch barrel guns. HE for destroyers or AP for cruisers and other battle cruisers.

IIRC the real Fuso sank from one torpedo hit.
The day before said torpedo hit she was hit by 2 bombs from American aircraft as well.

When I ise to play this game. I remember vividly dev striking an enemy Fuso 22km away with the spotter aircraft up at the start of the match.

The original Fuso had 14" guns with a reload of 40 sec, range was 32.4200 meters, 35,450 yards.

this has been my game play with the yumi since i got the damn thing overpens on everything hell pretty sure i clipped an island and got an overpen.... 3 epic battles with naga to get enough xp to go up... just upgraded it to the t9 what ever it is called this morning...
Flambass was lucky not to get Derflinger blasted.
I've just started grinding that line and so far, haven't been able to land a single good shot with it. Like 80% of the shells go over or under
I will be a bit controversial and say that, surprisingly, the Fuso has ended up being one of my most favourite BBs so far. I accept that I don't have a lot of high tier tech line BBs with which to compare her, but I will take her over ANY Italian BB regardless of tier. Her ('bad') dispersion beats all of them hands down 🙂. Getting citadels with her is so satisfying!

Personally, I really enjoyed my Fuso. I would accept the challenge of tackling any Amagi that the MM wanted to send my way. Whenever someone told me how horrible a ship it was, I'd tell them, "Do you remember Kwachi?" That thing was horrid. At lead Kongo was a fun ride, but all below that were garbage.

The Title is so correct... 12 guns with the most terrible accuracy... They either hit nothing, or 1-shot the opponent.

Horizontal dispersion is OK, vertical dispersion is terrible.
I brawl with her, more often than I probably should. But I really love ruining some dweeb's carefully thought out strategy by just broad siding him and his dweeb friends with full salvos at extremely close range. I die early and often but I always cause enough damage and chaos with Fusó that it breaks the enemy's plan in half and knocks their confidence down several pegs.
I don't understand the choice of title here. If Fuso has bad accuracy, then this was not the game to show. Most of your salvos were pretty on target, except 3. 2 of those bad salvos were at a DD, which is commonplace, the other was the 2 shots from 1 turret going wild. Overall most of the time 7 to 8 shells out of 12 hit the target. (regardless if they did anything or not lol) Hell you even hit 8 of 12 on a CV at a range of 21.8 Km.
I know it gets hard to keep up with all the changes and additions, but if I think they removed AP secondaries five years ago...
You really should stop playing CVs, man, look what it does to your memory.
i dont even think the problem are "subs" i think the problem are WOWS players in sub, becasue the good players are so broken with it because its balanced for people like the sub fighting against you ... getting spotted in front of a BB not shooting a single torpedo doing nothing and dying i would argue as i often does that you should make a 45% winrate block on submarines but then i see players with 5% winrate in cv's and i am done with this playerbase anyway

Honestly, your aim was off several times. Fuso dispersion is tricky sometimes, but if aimed better you could hit them better. No offense.

It still annoys me that Fuso has been buffed at least 3 or so times and yet New Mexico Is basically the same fucking ship it started as when it was released. Still same shitty 34 second reload(Fuso was buffed to 26 with the same number of fucking guns), Still same shitty floating punching bag thanks to WGing refusing to update it's armor model(which they did for Fuso). Like really where the fuck is the balance for New Mexico or is that ship still just supposed to be a Gold/Free XP sink to just skip?
