    When we practice mindfulness, we can fully participate in the present moment. This skill gives us the freedom to experience reality as it is-while having flexibility with each moment as it comes. When you’re brushing your teeth-just brush your teeth. When you’re making coffee-just make coffee. Don’t miss the present moment-fully participate in it.
