I just found this channel and I am hooked. I am an Aussie living in the USA and married to a Mexican so I get lot of different food from what I grew up with in Australia. I love international cuisine and channels like this one and Uncle Hajji's Kitchen which is a lot of Turkish cuisine are required viewing for us.
