Jesse is like a mixture of a speechless trainer, a worried horse-mom, and a friend who supports your crazy dangerous ideas even though they might kill youđ
Jesse wanted to lie under the jump!! So he is also a teenage co-conspirator.
đ so true!
This is the perfect description of my trainer
Corrrrrect đ€Łđ€Ł
Omg this is sooo true đđđ»
Matt: âYeah but I didnât do anything!â
Jesse: âThatâs maybe the problemâ
đ€Łđ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
"Look at the shining coat!"
"Can't see it, it's BLINDING me" - Jesse as funny as ever đđ
0-0
Jesse: "Circlee."
Matt: *Rides directly to the jump*
Jesse: "Nope.."
Iâm laughing so hard at Jesse saying hoppateeee every time you jump đ
Yeha and its dutch so it sounds kinda weird bahahhahaha
Yess I love seeing chase in action, he was a little rusty but got better by the endđ
Super nice seeing Chase again and he seemed to be smiling throughout. Jesse donât even ask Matt if you can speak, of course you can, and in fact must. You are a huge part of the channel, we seriously love you as much, if not more because youâre more chilled, but donât tell Mattđ
He asked because Matt is sometimes annoyed when he speaks.
Jane Doe - we all know that
Rob Brent So tire always hard to put into word, though both are charming.
Jane Doe but they do it like as friendsđđ
Personally I like them both, but if you prefer Jesse, feel free to stay on his channel (as I think Matt reads these comments).
Omg I've missed Chase SO much
SAME!
mee too!
Missed Chase too!!
Me to! đ
Can anyone tell me why we didn't see chase very often in the last months?
alternatively titled: matt fawning over chase's coat for 23 minutes
+ 1 bonus second
I'm here for it
But it is gorgeous!
17:34 Jesse & Matt: That was really good!
17:36 Chase: *forgets how to horse*
Lol! Thankfully that came out well. Wooo! :)
I literally laughed for a solid 2 minutes after reading this đđđ
Dressage horses jumping be like: âĄïžâŹïžâĄïž vs jumping horses: âĄïžâïžâïžâĄïžđ
So true!!
F A C T
So dressage horses just keep going đ
@@taryn4herself611 ye
Yes! Poor Chase is still learning. Plus, they use different muscles for Dressage v. Dressage - so he's reconfiguring all that in his mind. He's such a sweet boy.
Me when my horse is fresh: âwhy not try hurt myself todayâ
Me tho! My girl runs sideways
The best moment, just my new status on Insta
Ok, just had heart attack
Jesse thatâs it help him out. Love the help, itâs fun. Hehehe
Whoâs sweaty him or Chase?
Chase is like that perfect shade of chestnut I love him
It's Chase!!! Haven't seen him in forever! The perfect ginger boi!! Kiss his nose and let him know it was a kiss from Texas. Literally, the only good thing in Texas right now is this video!
Damn I wish I lived in the horse-like area of Texas
Poor Annie, SCREAMING in the field. Obviously, she was going to die out there, all alone. The trauma. (Horse drama.)
?????
@@ggdebv344 sarcasm
Thatâs my mare all the time always calling her friends đ
đ€Ł Yes, Annie's boyfriend was over 300' from her!!! đ±đ±đ± So glad Chase has a friend who he's bonded with & who adores him. That's why it hurts my đ when people have a solo horse. So unhealthy for them, they're such herd animals, which is/was primal for their safety & survival.
Jesse's commentary on this video is golden!
Separation anxiety is totally natural for horses, the opposite is much less normal. Horses evolved to live in family groups and want to stay together at all cost. Ani sees Chase as her lead stallion, she feels safe with him. Take him away and the anxiety of a herd orientated prey animal all on her own sets in, even more so since she sees Chase as her male protector. Just something un-natural horses have to learn to accept when living in a domesticated setting, but so ingrained that for many it is impossible to accept, hence the calling, pacing and panic that is so common in horses left behind in the paddock.
i mean i would no call it normal for horses that is so scared that they pace around and yell for their friend. some is normal ofc but when it is affecting the horses well being a lot i would personally do something about it
@@whaleeey2064 I was commenting from the point of view of natural horse behavior. Of course in a captive situation you have to teach the horse to be comfortable alone, but it is against their basic nature. It shows how intelligent horses are, that they can get past this basic instinct to be with their herd at all times and at all costs.
@@CreekValleyCritters ah okay then i misunderstood what you were trying to say
There is no such thingike a "leading stallion", please educate yourself on that. Mostly it's a wise, older mare. The stallions are only there to protect, the "Leader" is a mare.
@@anitam.887 Sometimes it is, sometimes not. It could also be any other horse in the herd.
Chase is my favorite of all of your horses. He's beautiful and smart and loves you. He just wants to please you. I'm so glad you featured him in this video. Thanks to Jesse for camera work and commentary. I love you two and your horses.
Chase is worth his weight in GOLD! âïž What a good boy. Nice riding and Jesse is a great commentator.
Chase really loves being able to stretch his neck down low after a jump. He looks very happy being ridden this way.
Jesse be like: "Shouldn't you..."
Matt: "No. Why? Nothing's gonna happen."
Jesse always trying to maintain control and safety precautions, whilst Matt blows them out the window x)
(Matt knows his horses well though, they both know what they're doing)
@Linn - mostly true, but don't forget Jesse 'volunteering' to lie down under the jump!!! Jesse, Nooooo đ±
I loved seeing Chase feeling him self while he get bolting off. He seems super happy with you and where he's at. I say more Chase video's
Matt and Jesse are always so upbeat and positive about both the horses and each otherâs riding. Iâve never seen criticism, anger or even frustration. So refreshing and lovely to watch.
I love chase. So glad he's back on the channel. He's stunning.
Jesseâs little giggle at 17:09 đđ
ALL THE CUTE LAUGHS JESSE IS MAKING makes me lmao so much more!!!
Oh my! I haven't laughed so much in ages. Jesse's commentary is hilarious. I think Chase is training Matt đđ
0:47 said every rider before they proceeded with a crazy idea
đ€Łđ€Łđ€Ł
Fr
Y is that so true?
Lol nah. I KNOW imma fall when I try to trot bareback tomorrowđđ
Aww lovely to see Chase in action, he's such a special boy & looking so good, his coat as you say Matt, its beautiful. Love you guys so much.
Much love from England xx
Couldnât help but laugh in empathy. Horse goes over the jump first time, both feet come up in the air, so weeee! Letâs buck! I had one of those. And rushing on the other side of the jump. Feeling good! Thanks for sharing! So much fun with this great horse and his great personality!
do you notice how happy--brave--and adventurous matt is if Jesse is close to him; Jesse please take care of Matt--he really does need you in a good way
Lol, the dynamic is hysterical. Matt is really a beautiful rider, even when doing this crazy stuff. Especially for being so tall you rarely get hunched over. Jesse is so patient ...love your scratchy voice. I used to have a friend that was like the female version of Matt and it can be challenging at times walking in the shadow of such larger than life people but you are both so kind at heart.
Chase is a STUNNING horse with such poise. That colour is gorgeous, very handsome. Thank you guys for sharing him with us. Stay safe love and hugs đđđđ·
Jesse always sounds like a concerned mom when Matt does stuff like this đ
âI did it but Iâm always embarrassed when I doâ đđđ
They're just having fun
That's the only thing I want to see people doing with their horses, just enjoying their times together :)
When I watch this I realize I am jealous of Matt because he gets to be around that angelic gentle magic that is Jesse. And I am jealous of Jesse because he gets to be with the amazingly talented driven charismatic cheeky Matt. Truly something rare is happening between these two and we all watch with vicarious envy.
Hahahah they're a great comedy team, also!!
@@hollywill2226 There is no duo more iconic than Matt and Jesse
Loved seeing Chase featured, and Matt you are right: Chase's color and coat looks so fine! But how many of us were waiting to hear how if Matt had an adventure with Valegro / Blueberry?
Jesse is a good instructor if Matt would listen đ€Łâïž
What I like about Jesse is that he trains horse and rider and Chase was listening for his cues: the whistle to slow down, the 1, 2, 3, hopatee and the good boy!
I really enjoy the videos where you guys train each other.
@@clairetomkyns175 wait, Chase was taking cues/commands from Jesse while Matt was riding him? đ€đ€
It's 2022 and still watching these beautiful souls. Jesse and Matt this video is so cute and funny †Goedzo đđ»
Just LOVE that you donât edit out the âoopsiesâ! And made me giggle watching Chase take off with Matt. Both having fun. â€ïž
Chase is so gorgeous. Thank you for knowing he was not happy, but is letting him be a horse and be happy. Many ruthless people would have just not cared and made him continue or just got rid of him because they couldn't be bothered. You are both good people and I'm glad I found your channels. I wish the very best for you both and your beauties, that includes the pups and chickens.
Crying laughing at both of you but Jesse's chuckle is so funny! đ€Łđđ€Łđ it's always funny when it's someone else đ€Łđâ€
Jesses Dressage voice coming through :) Good job Chase and Matt, well done :) Going without a bridle must be hard on itself but jumping is one step further
i honestly just love hearing what Jesse says lol
Super so entertaining
Matt: trying to gain control of Chase
Jesse: 17:08 imma be a dolphin real quick
HAHAAH
Jesse behind the camera sounds like a non horsey dad lmfao
:0 hi Lilly
Lovely and fun video!đ€© you could see how much Chase was enjoying it, also Jesseâs laughter when Chase was having some ekstra fun was the cutest laughter ever. Love you all, stay safe and healthyâ€ïžđ§Ąđđđđ
I love this!! Thank you so much for sharing your playtime and experimenting with Chase. This is much more relatable for bonding time between my horse and I than high level competition. So wonderfully real and unfiltered.
sooo amazing that big influencers like you promote this kind of riding, love it! You are such a good rider
Chase really enjoyed that :)
OMG Jesseâs laugh is everything! đ€Ł love you guys!
Great video Matt! Nothing off about Chase at all! You could tell he was having a good time. And as much as it's important to ride and train them well - fun is important! He looks AMAZING †His coat is gleaming.
Next up..Baby Bear!!! đŽ â€
I love Matt so much and how much he love and cares for his horses.â€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïžâ€ïž
Jesse sounds like chase inner voice. Especially the laugh. Haha
Chase comes out all chill and then finds his frisky side lol. He is so happy đđ
How lovely to see Chase again, itâs been too long. Heâs looking amazing it seems retirement is suiting him down to the ground. đđâïžâïžđźđȘâïžâïž
This was a very fun video to watch, and I always love Jesse's commentaryđ
My childhood riding instructor in NZ always made us jump and do trotting poles with no hands and no stirrups to ensure we had perfect balance and trust in our pony. I could not have had a better teacher. My natural âseatâ was always spot on as a result. When you were teaching your brother Steve a few videoâs back and I think one of you said âride through your bum not your legsâ it took me right back to her. đ€Łđ€ŁMrs McGregor. I just discovered your channel today. I no longer ride, but I miss it so much as I did every day from 6 years -18 years and it never leaves you. I still miss cleaning my tack and I think I could still pull apart a bridle and put it back together with my eyes closed. I weirdly even miss mucking out the paddock. đđ€Šââïž thanks for the content and reminder of how much I love these beautiful animals.. đâ„ïž
Matt, you are amazing, the way you trust Chase when jumping without a bridle....you have a very deep affinity with your horses and enormous love and respect for those beautiful creatures . So good to watch you now I m too infirm to ride a horse myself.
Your learning so much from Jessie! Best move you ever made! x
Sorry Jesse not Jessie! x
They're good for each other, for sure! Glad they became such good friends they both have someone to depend on when they travel for work - horses need lots of attention!! (Chickens and dogs too!)
Omygodd!! I was laughing so hard at the giggles from Jesse when Matt lost control for a bitđ
Nice to see Chase featured in a video once again. Thanks for sharing Jesse, Matt, Chase. ( and Yes, his coat is looking very shiny LOL)
Jesse: Bye! Order a happy meal for me on the wayđ
Cya! Also order me a happy meal please đđ
Also can we mention his chuckling after
âCircle... noâ âok maybe yesâ
My 12 year old self trying to fix my boredom when schooling: âwhy not try and hurt myself todayâ đđ
So happy to see you and Chase having fun together...he's like your first born...always a bit extra special!
Chase seems to enjoy jumping so much more than dressage work, and when he makes the stride right he jumps so well đ
When your boots and your horse match you know youâve made it in life đđ»
Chase is one of the prettiest horses Iâve ever laid my eyes onđ
He is the most beautiful horse I've seen. I'm a sucker for chestnuts as my first pony was one. But Chase is STUNNING! I love non bridle jumping. Gives you a real connection with your horse as you literally give them the control. Lots of trust is a MUST! Great video guys x
its amazing watching them both having fun, both enjoying the moments and challenges. the connection that matt has with chase is super.
love you work so muchđ€đ„
âI didnât put any boots on... CRISISâ đđđđđ
Iâm loved seeing Chase again, and to see him jumping is amazing!!
Chase! â€ïž So good to see him again! Super cute, super nice and very relaxed, yet energetic. He is basically my dream horse.
Chase shows such ability, especially for something like the hunter equitation. His lower head is something Iâm envious of. Heâs such a cutie đ„°đ„°
Yes to the fly video! They are unbearable this summer, so I'm curious as to what works for other people.
I love seeing all your horses, but Iâve missed watching chase in ridden work! He did awesome!!
Itâs so fun to see you and Chase just playing around like this!
Where do I start? First of all, is was great seeing Matt with Chase again. Matt is right, Chaseâs coat is gorgeous! It looks like a brand new copper penny. Gosh, I just love everything about Matt and Jesseâs videos. That hands free slow motion jump was beautiful. Thatâs the way to really feel your horse under you and know you are connected. Probably my favorite part though, was the giggling by both Matt and Jesse, and the little tiny bit of bucking from Chase. I would say a good time was had by all. Well, maybe not Andorra who was obviously missing her buddy Chase. Please, both Matt and Jesse, keep these videos coming. They provide wonderful little escapes from an otherwise troubling and stressful world.
Jesse loved the running commentary! Was such a good fun video.
Lovely to see so much of Chase, and to see how well he is looking
This is the best thing I have seen in ages! Itâs so fun to see how much you both enjoy it đ
I love seeing you and Chase having fun together... IÂŽve seen this over and over again, just to relax. Thanx!
18:40 âWhat did you just tell me?â I thought they were gonna square up at first lmao
So happy to see Chase again đ„°
Shiny like a copper penny!! He's one handsome horse. I'd say it's from all that great feed, care & love you provide. Great job Matt....
Omg! I love this horse! So good to see him again. So gorgeous and such a sweetheart! You are so very fortunate.đđđ
Chasie you are Number 1 !!! Gorgeous horse!!!
So nice to see chase back out and being happy
You guys truly have fun with your horses. Inspirational
Thats so well done, chase felt that cuddle at the end aww his eyes melted đ
Chase is looking fabulous, it's been lovely to see him. x
Jesse: looks promising so far... Chase: and off we go
So nice to see you and Chase again and...having fun. Thank you, I really enjoyed watching this today.
Chase did so well. He's such a lovely and kind horse. And so beautiful...I love to see clips with him đâ€ïžđ
I love jesses comments behind the camera haha
Great to see Chase. Youâre right, his redness is incredibly good right now.
It's good to see you guys having such fun with your horses! They are very special.
It is really a joy to see you work so beautifully together †Chase is so sweet, and his color is stunning đ
