The problem with this is that we never get to know what tastes good and what doesn't. He always says that this was "good". That is the only criticism I have of Mark. Oh and that he eats far too much meat.

he is very humble, although he earns much from the millions of views he has, he doesnt wear expensive clothing. this shows that he is really passionate about food contents and not the idea of impressing others of how rich he is. truly a one of a kind human being

Hearing Micah call Ying "Mommy' was adorable...and hearing Ying prompt you on how to eat some of the food is sweet too.
I think Ying, Mark and little Micah are a fantastic, gracious family! Love to see more of them in the video's. Love how Mark explains every little detail of the flavours and textures.
Ken Burns, you should do a documentary on colonization or the Cold War in Asia and see how the food was affected with Mark Wiens trying it all out. That would be awesome. Nice work on "The West" by the way.

Mark's videos are extremely entertaining even if you're not that much into food, but what really impresses me about them is Mark's skillful editing of the music. You can tell that he put a lot of thought into the songs. They rarely last more than a few seconds each but put together they definitely make his videos noticeably better.

Yeah but his food looks yummy. I'm bored w/ my Cheetos, chocolate mint cookies, & hot vinegared sausages. I'm tired of all my food. I need more diversity in my life. Other than the rice I boiled in a pot, & my papaya salad. That I'm too lazy to make & that I can't even get ahold of. So I just make it w/ cucumbers, or carrot salads instead. Spaghetti, & fried rice. Or canned food w/rice & hot sauces. Or Thai chilli sauce. I don't like any food anymore. I just want to be more active again 😭. I'm just getting fat 😭. Minus the getting back to working part :/

Ahhw E-Any u must go watch “cooking with Mikey” and Aaron and Claire” both teach u How to cook with stuff u can get easily at most stores or u can even order the most unique items. I live in a small costal town in Ca and we have 1 Chinese store and most large store have a good Asian food section. Be brave and adventures you’ll learn.
