Love it. I used to play a lot of FH on the PC and I'm just laughing wondering WTF are his team mates? They're alive and yet he's dealing with the Shaolin, Lawbringer and Black Prior for the first 55 seconds before the Sohei arrives. There are times you get put in with utterly brain dead players, all bashing away on 1, leaving another team mate against 3. ROTFLMFAO!!!

I guess I tried to parry at that point, it wasn't a counter crush, so yeah he got that, on the latter one you can see that he couldn't get the GB because of my cc attempt
It isn't sped up, can you watch the video again when you play some For Honor? I wonder if it has anything to do with this, other people also indicated that. So yeah play fh for 1-2 hours and watch the video immediately afterwards to see if it feels normal again

When I watch the video it starts off normal and then overtime gets super fast. Also I didn’t mean any offense if I gave any. Your skill and gameplay are *chefs kiss* beautiful. Definitely taking in some of your moves to learn and implement into my warden. I have a hard time antiganking.
Not gonna lie i also felt it was speed up, but those are usually the times when i take a break from fh. Just recently, did not play fh for 3-4 days and decided to watch some of my videos, I felt, it was sped up, but when I started to play fh and rewatched the exact same videos, it felt normal back again.
Can someone explain to me how on 6:36 he gets the superior block from a top light but the shaolin attack comes from the right side? The shaolin attack is obvously a top attack (amazing read btw), but in that context I thought you could only block by defending right side? Or is there some quirks with the mechanics that I'm not aware?
He explained it in a vid. IIRC, if an opponent attacks you from behind, best way to block/parry is putting your guard up. It works the same with crushing counters and deflects (but I might be wrong about the latter.)
I was talking about centurion's top heavy in that video, so yeah blocking top was the correct move. (If someone is behind you and throws something else than a top heavy block the heavy direction.) You can counter things by their origin direction (1v1 direction), it doesn't matter where the attack comes from. In this video I've parried/blocked/counter crushed a lot of attacks from the opposite direction of the external indicators, it's because I know all the moves' origin direction and parry according a 1v1. In this part, shaolin does a forward dodge heavy. And what is a forward dodge heavy? A top direction, right? How do you counter crush? It has to be a top attack, and shaolin makes a top attack, and I counter crushed it into VG, it doesn't matter what external indicators shows, they're wrong most of the time, and can cancel your parries, prevent your parries blocks, etc. Always and always counter things according to their 1v1 directions. However! Timing may (?) actually vary from the way you do counter things in a 1v1, because of the rotation of your character, since you'll try to counter things from 1v1 directions and your rotation is wrong (locked into another opponent) the hitboxes may occur earlier or later, so yeah timing for the perfect counter may vary little bit.
