Jason Todd appears in an episode, except as a small box labeled as "Robin II" assumed to be his ashes or some of his things.
In the episode "Sidekicks", a jar labeled Robin II is seen on Batman's souvenir shelf along with a crowbar beside, implied to be his ashes.
In the episode "Salty Codgers", Jason's tombstone appears during the song Last Breath alongside the graves of Boston Brand, Thomas Wayne, Martha Wayne and General Zod.
In "Yearbook Madness", Jason has been shown to have signed Starfire's yearbook, writing "I don't remember you", signed by Red Hood, as a reference to Jason and Starfire's relationship in Red Hood and the Outlaws.

Damian is 10 years old. Dick weighs 175 lbs. The strongest 10-year-old in the world was able to lift 220 lbs. So Damian could definitely flip Nightwing. Also, some people are saying that it might be because Damian was biologically enhanced in the womb. It is specifically stated that (in the animated films, anyway) Damien's imperfections were not "bread out of him", unlike his clone.

Casem Kasem was a good Robin. He sounded close to his NBC voice I remember him before I started listening to AT40. Shaggy was much more of a disguise voice I didn't always know it was him. When they were guests on Scooby Doo, it was automatic Casey voiced both. He retired in 2009. RIP
