KU Cancer Center Receives Historic $100 Million Gift For New Cancer Research and Care Facility

The University of Kansas Cancer Center has received a historic $100 million lead gift to build a new, state-of-the-art cancer research and care facility. This gift is the largest ever given by the Sunderland Foundation and the largest ever received by the University of Kansas and The University of Kansas Health System.
The new facility will bring together cancer research, treatment, and patient care teams under one roof, transforming cancer care in the region. It will also provide patients with access to the latest cancer treatments and clinical trials.
