Must be something wrong, my 3,3m RIB does around 37km/h with 15hp Yamaha 2 stroke and thats with a propeller that make the engine go to high i RPM. But its very strong.
why it go so slow? my 4,3 meter boat goes with same motor 52km\h

How do you number the cylinders on theses triple engines top to bottom or bottom to top ?
Top is the #1 cylinder

Both could be true with other factors in play (weight/weight distribution, prop, tune up, etc.)
