I reckon i watched about 10 of these videos and he only uses 1 knife the whole time! Amazing but it does seem to achieve everything he wants to do.

@@wyatt4786 nope. chinese use ketchup as an ingredient. Ive seen CCTV cooking shows using ketchup. Another ingredient they use is chicken bouillon. Lol. Pretty disgusting food imo. In China, they add MSG to everything.
