Yea all you have to do is leave your truck lying around in the country sun for 30+ years and boom. You can use chemicals but it doesn't look as nice.
Wash with an sos pad.
when i was trying to restore mine i did a poor job sanding, de original painting came out, i left it with out primer for two monts ,sheet metal turned like that very quick.the clue is to dig in unevenly with the sand paper.
Wash it with 80 grit, and let it sit in a field for 30 years!
