I think Cody would be in the middle. He is friends with a lot of popular people, especially Trent and Justin. He's had positive interactions with Gwen, DJ and Tyler as well. I think his geekiness does stop him from being popular, but I don't think he's a reject.
Courtneys mom would push her to get top tier A+++
And we know that she is a bit abusive towards her
I personally think that Izzy would be really popular because she is well known for her silliness. And shes the type that will walk up to everyone at the school and say the most random stuff and just walk away. I also have a thing on Sierra where she knows all the gossip and Heather world ask her for the latest gossip. And i have a story on Duncan, where he started being a class clown in primary and or middle school but can be pretty rude but when high school happens, he is a little badmouth and known as the bullies, he might even pick on Courtney which can cause them physically fighting, he might be the reason she isn't the most popular people because he reveals her nasty true colours. But yeah, anyways. Hope you like my little theories ^-^
It would also be fun to think about what the tables at lunch would be, like Gwen’s trio of her, Trent, and Leshawna, Team E-Scope, or one like Duncan’s alliance

Popularity (my opinions; I agree with most of your opinions, but some I slightly disagree with)
Beth knows everything about everyone, but also isn’t particular close to anyone, so she feels like the definition of “Kinda in the middle”.
Also, Heather was unpopular originally in high school till right before she joined TD. Also, she’s hated by everyone, so it’s a bit of a weird situation.
Courtney’s literally the Type-A student, so she’s probably hated by half and liked by the other half.
Duncan’s popular with the guys.
Ezekiel apparently did go to high school in a extra interview that aired during world tour. It’s on TD wiki if proof is needed (probably wasn’t noticed by most and bullied by Some)🤷🏻♂️
Katie and Sadie look like people that think they are liked by people, but as we’ve seen in the show, they’re not really well liked by anyone.
Harold season 1 would be hated, but he’d probably be liked if season 2 was brought up.
I know Noah was voted class president, but so did Courtney, and I’ve already stated what I feel about her.
Owen’s extremely popular because of his party and happy-go-lucky personality.
Tyler’s... popular, but not for the reasons he thinks.
Cody’s apparently extremely smart, but get’s distracted a lot (due to girls ofc), so B’s make sense.
DJ’s getting A’s, solely because he’s scared to disappoint his Mamma.

Izzy depends on her personality. Normal would be B, explosivo would be D, and Brainzilla would get A+++.
Justin would get A’s from teachers that fall for his charm, and F’s from teachers that don’t. If he didn’t use charms, he’d probably get a C-.
Sierra could either get A+’s like you said, or be caught going on her phone (for random things that have nothing to do with the test) and get in trouble for it.
Ezekiel’s parents are professors supposedly, and that’s the reason why he was homeschool for most of his life. (He honestly sounds like the boy version of the girl from mean girls (except with a very different storyline). I always thought that when Chris said he was raised by hippy prairie people, he was telling the truth but I guess he wasn’t (also sort of means that his parents either gave their son advice he mis-interpreted, or they told him some sort of... scientific analysis that said girls aren’t as good as guys, instead of looking at past and present events). Also makes sense as to why he knows so many languages.
