wow....what a cover!!! i'm not going to compare it with White Plain's version -- it would be senseless..... beautiful women with lumps of gold in their throats. excellent rendition.
What a beautiful cover of a great White Plains song and of course far better than the White Plains. Superb vocals and great to see Maureen on lead vocal too. I have always loved The Nolans and this has got to be one of my favourite Nolans songs. Outstanding!
My late mum used to sing this to me . Still brings a lump to my throat . Lost mum in 2010 . This was played at her service .
Always remember the original was the last record I heard on the radio as I went to take my driving test 5th May 1971...passed 1st time!
Lovely hearing Maureen on lead vocals 😘
I remember them doing this song on The Les Dawson Show.
A great version of a beautiful song.
Lovely live vocal, live band and a wonderful song. Simpler times from much better days.
Couldn't agree more when people cared about others
This is a beautiful song!!!! Xxxx ♥️

It's a touch slow for my liking, prefer the other version on CZcams.

Far better ? I don't agree two different groups but I like both versions and think White Plains did a very good job on their version.

Such an emotional song, way better than the white plains
Awful. Why did they bother?
