I am working on both softwares during live project in my company and I think that Revit MEP gives you lots of flexibilty during modelling..but in terms of design criteria then Auto CAD Mep is best
Sir i know some autocad but not a pro designer. But i want to go for MEP knowledge and also want to carey this forward. Is it possible for me to start MEP. I dont have any schooling or college for MEP. I was Btec EEE student. Can i directly go to learn MEP

Which will be in more demand in next 5 or 10 yrs also list some skills for mep engineers to learn in for future use..
Go for revit, bim is the future.

You Could Try Revit MEP if you want work in Building services or you can go for autocad electrical for the basic part
