This is immaculate. My only complaint is that the gun feels like it's being held in place by elastic. Instead of perfectly snapping back to its original position it should more naturally overcorrect and not be so "sticky" to the center of the screen. Especially when recoiling after a semi-auto shot. Other than that, there's literally nothing wrong with this. Also the render itself looks so lifelike, it's honestly stunning

Most of these animations have not only the same posing but timing as COD MW19, and whenever something that doesn't look like its from their AR animation set it becomes very rigid and weightless. The rifle far too effortlessly, hand animations are practically stolen. Did you use MW as a reference?
Why would the shooter rack the charging handle instead of slapping or using their thumb to use the bolt release? You can induce a failure to feed by racking it instead of simply using the bolt release like intended.

Earliest batches of M16A2 were actually fully-automatic, but most of these rifles are only capable of semi-auto and burst-fire only.
