This is one of the most genius things a game developer can EVER do literally release an entire game JUST for teasers and stuff for new games (it’s like when steelwool did cartoons for security breach teasers man game developers are becoming SO creative)
I know right it blends, comedy and gore and story. It’s genius.
THEY ARE COOKING, no but actually having a game full with teasers is really making me hyped for the cage, like imagine if this is the direction they are going for that game.

LONG AGO IN A DISTANT LAND...
The story telling of Riley's house was fantastic. Using the line etches for her growing up, something you'd expect a parent to do with their kid, as a way of showing at which point in her lives these events are happening was neat.
But my two favourites was the car crashing off-screen, using audio to story tell, and then implying the parent's death with their faces marked out- all done within a second to show how fast she lost her family was incredibly sad to see. But also, the letter coming under the door, new hope for Riley, the irony being that while she reads the letter, she has her back to the paintings- not acknowledging her morbid past, yet it hangs over her and the player is made permanently aware of it.
Amazing!
There are 2 more Easter eggs/hidden things that I know of:
1)Throw bacon soup at McGuffie (guy with beans can on his head) 10 times
2) Interact with the mystery box 414 times
I actually think that Riley Wells might be the protagonist of the upcoming Bendy 3 (Bendy The Cage is not Bendy 3, it's just kinda a DLC for Dark Revival), and this game (at least the part with the car etc.) shows us her story, how her parents died when she was 6, later at age 17 she was hired by Joey Drew Studios but she was later fired for drawing disturbing things related to her trauma (her parents death), after she was fired, she started working for GENT Corporation (GENT created the ink machine for Joey) and we know that at the end of Dark Revival GENT took the ink machine to their place
It has been confirmed Henry is the protagonist for the Cage, as it explains how he and the others had escaped from the Gent Building to help Audrey in the Final Battle in Dark Revival. This tell the story of Riley Wells, whom you play as in this game, who after being rejected by Joey Drew became a GENT Experiment, similar to how Alice Angel/Susie Campbell ended up.

I love the way teasers are being done now. It all started with Scott games and having hidden things in the source code, now we have things like the Poppy Playtime ARG and the secrets in Project Playtime, and now this. It's such an innovative way of adding lore tidbits without outright showing it or having it spoon-fed. It's very cool!

8:24 this may be a stretch but I have a feeling this could be related to the bendy and the ink machine movie we’re getting. The reason why I’m saying this is because it takes place in a cinema. The images that are repetitively shown is a wider looking ink demon (I believe is a adaptation of some sort), a human eye, some symbiote looking goo, and a brain in some sort of MRI scan. If the movie is live action then it would make a lot of sense if this was the first look into the movie. Also the video loop heavily reminds me of the exorcist trailer where it was nothing but a few frames looping over and over and over with flash bangs happening every second. It’s so strange and obscure that no one knows what they’re looking at. And I think that’s what they’re trying to do for bendy, make it as horror-esque and downright terrifying as possible (even themeatly said so themself).
BUT HEY THATS JUST A THEORY A FILLLLLLLM THEORY!

fun fact: the vibing ink demon easter egg is actually a refrence to another easter egg found in evilwithin consquences, where the player could find a hole in some place and if he looks through he will find the shade lady dancing with zombies holding glowing sticks.
I think the panels with the circles that don't do anything might actually correspond to the red lights in the center, so maybe hitting certain ones will turn all the lights red?

@@nothanks7263 my theory is that though bendy run is sort of dead (??? As far as I’m aware it is) they liked the monster designs from it and whatever new game Riley is a part of will reuse those monster designs in a more horror focused setting
I had no idea that there was a new bendy game but its great that they're still making them. Its one of my Favorite game series of all time

I'm surprised this is your first time hearing about the shooter. A beta trailer for it was leaked last year, with very early gameplay footage. It was all over twitter. If you look it up now, that early footage will probably be mixed in with any new stuff that comes out.
