I'm healing well. My therapist says I am pushing myself too hard. I need to take it easier. I hope you and the kiddos had a great Christmas. I'm wishing you a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year ❤
Hello! Yes, it's been a while! I'm sorry to hear of your health issues! I'm proud of you though! Surgery and rehab are no joke and take a lot of work and strength, you are amazing! Listen to your Therapist, your work will pay off!! I'm going to OT and speach right now because I've had two concussions since Sept. We had a great Christmas 🎄 ☺️ 😍 Next year will be better for you! I know it!!
Hi there, I’ve had several spinal fusions so please take it easy. I know it seems like there’s no end in sight but I promise there is. It’s definitely a slow and steady process, as well as terribly frustrating at times too. Just follow your PT instructions because you could have a set back plus they know what they’re doing. I hope you have great progress & heal well. Take care.
