    Kavitha Sathyanarayanan Madam, you are a Varaprasadam for Tamilians. Nice and clear explanation without any stammering of words. Flow of your thoughts and speed of your speech matches well. Thank god I found this video while browsing something for Yoga. We don't need online or onsite yoga classes if you teach all yoga procedures like this in a very clear way. Hats off to you.

    Please tell me if i am right. In kapalbathi we should inhale deeply once and then exhale continuously as much as possible without inhaling. If we cannot exhale we need to stop and repeat the same procesure again. Am i right anyone pls reply
