You spit facts. There are so many better routes to success and military isnt a bad path but you got to be smart about it because there are other routes.
The reason I didn't join the Navy is because I don't like being on a ship. I live near the beach in Ventura, California and have been on deep sea fishing trips. When I was a teenager I started getting sea sick out there. There was no incentive for me to want to put myself on a ship. Then I could imagine having to be that close to people I may not like on a ship all day in the middle of nowhere on the sea. Sounds horrible. I joined the US army. I'd rather be digging foxholes and in the woods getting bitten by mosquitoes and ticks. In the 101st airborne I served with 2/327th infantry company. We would do 20 mile road marches carrying 140+ pounds of gear. As for running we normally wouldn't run more than 25 miles per week. I was only in the US army for a year before my deployment to Kosovo in year 2000. I put those deployment videos on my CZcams channel.
@@VredesStall That's why I got out because I knew my body wasn't going to be able to handle that kind of stress for 20 years.
