1) Note all incident dates and take video of the issue when it is happening, if possible.
2) Whenever you visit the service centre, take photo of job card for proof of issue reported. And while leaving service centre take in written from them that no issue found in car or the issue is fixed by service centre.
3) keep a log of above proofs, they will come in handy if this issue snowballs into some thing big.
4) for petrol tank emptied by service centre. While leaving car, take a photo of mid in front of SA. Show him petrol level and mileage. Ask him if petrol level drops considerably they will have to top up.
