- We came across the house with gutters in terrible condition , all the corners were leaking, dents everywhere and nails coming out so we decided to offer the homeowners to get them replaced with a brand new ones completely free and the final result will amaze you.

This is not critcism but I think if u start out from the beginning saying...I have a website and once a week we(my business) do this to help people and community...no catch, no charge...Then say that the gutters are in bad shape and really need replacing...we'd love to help u out...I think it catches people a little off guard when u start saying i see your gutters are bad and need replacing...Also mention the guarantee right away ...they'll feel more secure. You could also offer references if needed. You and your brothers are a Godsend to these people....best wishes and much success to you! I mean well...not to act smartypants or anything like that❤

Excelent point. People are now more cautious as so many have had previous bad experiences. I honestly would have stupidly turned these gentlemen away as I would have thought this was some sort of con trick. Being slightly more clear with your intentions at the begining will prevent some of the homeowners that do clearly need help turning you away.
Blah blah blah BUT means everything prior to the BUT is meaningless. Work on that. Maybe try “have you considered…” instead so you don’t come across as condescending and controlling.

After reading some of these comments I would also suggest that you tell them right away that you will put it in writing (like a contract) that these are free and the three of you will sign and date it.
You could have the contracts printed up with your signature on it. Just fill in the address and benefactor.

Brothers are doing a great job , start with I have a CZcams channel and what we do is once a week record a free roofing/guttering job . If you guys wish we can replace your entire guttering for free it comes with warranty etc

Well, we are in Canada and I don't know if it's a regional thing, but, I, in western Canada call them eavestroughs. Gutters, to me, run along the curb, in the street, the length of the sidewalk. So, if someone said gutters, to me, initially, then I would think they wanted to repair that part of the street until it kicked in that he meant eavestroughs.

@@mihaelamargarit6891 , thanks for your comment , I will for sure , I heared from the chief inspector of AccuChex Home Inspection company in Ottwa (Nathen Weinstock) what means that the most important part is to have hard surface around the house, so the water doesn't cause leaks to the foundations, , from there I do presume there is no need to make sure all the waters goes to the gutter end at one spot.,
