Killer cover! how one gets away with playing jaco, singing, and being elegant as hell at the same time is way beyond me. Thanks for sharing, and keep up the good work. WOW!!!!!!
Exactly! Well said:) Very impressive indeed. They have the talent for a big successful tour:)
This is incredible, absolutely classic Jaco bassline and simultaneously singly is mind boggling
Thank you - there`s many other live clips of this song in a playlist on our channel 😁🎸

@@RebeccaJohnsonBand you should realize your compositions miss Johnson .🌬 you have all the talent and tack for a lot.
mark j is on fire....
EPIC. I am stunned. Captured the soul of the tune then owned it. Rebecca, where did you find guys brave enough to play with you? Such respect for music fills me with mad joy. Beyond the treacherous mountains of chops lies the land of taste. Where you all live. Bless you for that.
Before he came back to Australia, Mark Johns was a first call session and touring guitarist in London (Sting, Jeff Beck, Lou Reed, etc), and TV and film composer.
Playing Bass (this song!) and singing...
Not for everyone! Congrats
I can't think of saying anything, my mouth is still wide open. each and every one of the guys in the ensemble are great....1,000 ^%
Very nice compliments - Thanks always 😎 🎸
singing and playing that bass line is incredible, ive been playing the drums for over 50 years and i can only sing if im doing simple beats, Rebecca must have two brains!!
2.5
Exactly, Rebecca is just as intimidating as any world class musician:). Not only is the stage presence second to none, she rarely has to look down, beautiful vocals and she's not exactly singing while playing a bunch of root notes, she's all over the place. That's simply extreme talent. She always surrounds herself with talented people that always give each other their own space to shine.
Beast!
Jaco would have loved her.
Killer! Absolutely Killer!!
Thanks a lot 😁🎸
omg so clean! and even singing, thanks for this

Need to push this video - good stuff, thanks for sharing!!!
Great bass-lady! Appreciate that! Lets see more of you!
This is hot ... really like that video! Like to see you in Berlin!
Samoooooooth!!
Man, you got me struttin' round the lounge room like a badass with the hearing of this. And at Umina! This song has never been away, but it's swell to hear it coming back nonetheless. I like the way those 16ths pretty much line up between the piano and bass at 4.22. Hope that goes into the arrangement. Seems like the band wanted another bar before returning to the head, but I saw your signal. Also compelling was the 'John Bonham Stairway to Heaven' out of sync-back in sync moment at 5:23. No foul: the bars lined up and Didn't Bill Risby get a chuckle! I hope you did it to them again just to keep those studio tan slackers on their toes, hahaha. All levity aside, I dug it. I really did. "Then I heard her bass, I'm a subscriber, not a trace..." etc
Cheers for your nice comments & observancy 😁🎸
woo hoooo
Sounds good here. Every arrangement is beyond being musically proficient. This was Sam & Dave . A 2nd vocalist would add the bantering nuance of the original.
