Yep,,rusty firmin says they never use to shout at recruits etc on selection. Never a need as either wanted do it or not so all the yelling is pure drama for TV.
As an Aussie, loving the Australian version, Christ I hope channel 7 doesn’t follow the weak appeasing ways of England’s channel 4.

Fair play Ollie. Ant and his boys ALWAYS spoke with so much dignity and compassion. I haven’t watched the UK one since. Surely put in the best men for the job instead of ticking boxes just please the few.
He seems like a spiritual person who is very grounded and accepts whatever life throws at him, good and bad, because he knows the universe will give him whatever he needs to grow.
Ollie is being honest, he wasn't comfortable with the lights being on him and that is why he kept trying to stay in the background, he is a deep and humble soul.
What a genuine guy.
My favourite out of the SAS lads, and after watching this he is such an awesome human being, a great leader

I always admired Ollie’s demeanour. He seemed the most calm and collected of all the DS. Shame channel 4 don’t even have the respect to tell him face to face.

Now Ollie and Ant have been axed me and my mates have binned the series off. Many of my work colleagues have also stopped watching the show. C4 are woke fools

Mistake to sack Ollie in the first place shouldn’t have tried to fix something that wasn’t broken
This is all C4's doing, it isn't fair on anybody. Ollie wanted out, Melvyn deserves a shot. Ollie would not have desperately clung onto the job and Melvyn, like anybody, would never turn down the opportunity. C4 made it about diversity, and all that has done is ridiculed both men, making a fool of Ollie when it wasn't necessary and lessening Melvyn's achievement went it wasn't necessary.

To be fair to the new guy, he didn't get it "only because of the colour of his skin". He has an extraordinary life story to tell, himself.
I understand that the new bloke's done his time in the regiment & I appreciate his service for that. However, unfortunately, due to no fault of his own, he'll forever be known as the guy that got put on the show to replace Ollie because of political correctness. They've now lost another viewer due to their woke policies

The younger we teach kids mindfulness and the methods of doing so in order for the kids grow with knowledge of awareness etc. Seen a short video on teaching kids on breathing techniques👌Great achievements and a humble man of them. As for SAS Who Dares Wins, go woke, go broke. I won't be watching anything that promotes the ticking of boxes rather than getting the best people for the job.
It's literally self-defeating. The entirety of Special Operations is based on exactly that sentiment. Getting the 'best person for the job'. To have an entire show dedicated to that and then literally fire someone who helped pioneer the show and make it what it is for the sake of diversity is insane to me.

Love the idea of book for kids. Been talking about that since my first child started school and I was met by strange attitude from trachets and principals. I strongly believe in coachig kids from very early years. Very intetresting.

Sas who dares wins was my favourite show of all time on tv. Ant, Foxy, Ollie, Billy and Collin (from the original series 1) are awesome. The shows been ruined now by constant sob stories and wokeness. Real shame it went that way. I haven’t even watched the latest series in the uk.

Everything woke turns to shit, honestly seen all the episodes since day one an as each season went on you could tell the lads was loosing control of what they really wanted todo, to really give them the sas training, but c4 are just wanting to go woke, my decisions was made when they shafted ant

Chanel 4 are an embarrasment. Promoting transgender and drag artists like the are the norm! Sickens me to my stomach. Will never view ch4 again. They arent even woke! Simply trying to please everyone-it doesnt work. Weak characters running the show.
The producers were putting huge pressure on the directing staff and Ant to manipulate the show keep the interesting ones in and sack off the less interesting ones it was even seriously discussed to have allow viewers to ` vote off ` people like in` I'm a celebrity` !!!
Ant steadfastly refused and after series 2 so much of it was been manipulated candidates wee been soaked in lakes and rivers then brought out to be wrapped in blankets and given hot soup every five minutes or so by a whole troop of back up staff.
Ant was set up - he was sacked for his `Inappropriate behaviour` towards female members of the crew by choosing the word inappropriate they deliberately and callously chose a word that joe public would interpret as unwanted advances ????? totally untrue he didn't give a f""k if you are man or a woman - if u messed up he gave you a bollocking unfortunately a lot of the back ground women crew the runners the key grips the callers the ushers were up there own arse ex public school young ladies not used to be spoken to like this ( as told to me directly by a family member who worked on series four )

Once you boil it down he was sacked because he didn't have the "right" colour of skin. That's right, the people behind Channel 4 wanted to virtue signal toward how accepting and non-racist they are while firing someone for the colour of their skin. The absolute irony.

no offence to the guy who replaced ollerton but of the episodes i've seen with him in it,he appears to have very little interaction with anyone either the other "DS's" or the "recruits". He obviously has the credentials or he wouldn't be there but to me it seems now that channel 4 have ticked their diversity box they're not actually allowing him to engage and do the job he was employed to do,how ironic!.

I've read Billys book (which was great),and he was a Sergeant major in the SAS , so I would think he was the highest rank out of all the guys on the show,and possibly the longest serving .Correct me if I'm wrong .

Channel 4 have such a massive push on divesity, to the point of it being ridiculous...I havent watched TV for 10 years plus until watching Shameless UK on C4 website the other day, and being forced to watch the their 'adverts' reminded me why I dont watch TV anymore
