It is nearly very rare to have intrest more than 2.5L per year for a house property with 45L stamp fee..So new section 80EEA is just a gimmic of no use

You gave an example for 24b section to claim home loan interest with an example of 5 years. I brought a house in 2020 Feb and my house is going to hand over in 2021 April. So I can not co relate with 5 years example.
Can you also please explain with 2 years and the intrest

I am planning to buy second apartment in Hyderabad, my HR told me that I can buy "ready to move apartment/ house" only if I wish to apply for tax exemption, is this correct statement?. But 80EEA is not useful to any body sir. Govt shud relook at it.
There are additional clauses on carpet area apart from 45lacs clause in this section. And the carpet in cities shud be less than 645 sq feet.
Imagine a person buying 645 sq feet for 45lacs and interest reaching 3.5 Lacs to take maximum benefit of this section. only mathematical possiblity 😀
