This was performed at my daughter’s memorial service. She loved WSP and went to every show possible, especially Red Rocks. She was a wonderful young lady and I miss what could have been. Meredith Adams lives on.

Watching tornado warnings about an hour away on the tv and crying listening to this song because it touches deep. For some reason it always comforts me. May the spirit of Meredith Adam’s live on. My condolences P Adam’s.

Dear P. My heart is with you. I lost my dear son, Will Mullins, age 23, in March 2020. He was a beautiful soul who loved WSP and all his WSP friends. His service was resplendent with WSP music and a playlist created by his best friends/brothers. The service was recorded and sent to friends as far away as Brazil, France and Japan. Their reaction, I love the WSP religion/spirit. Some things transcend language barriers. One being music. I would love to be able to celebrate their spirits at a WSP gathering. I plan to be at the Fox to commune with our children and the WSP family.

I was so happy to get to see LC play a 4 hour show in Chi 2 years ago. Was listening to setbreak music live the night before this, and they played a LC song at setbreak, maybe Suzanne, I don't recall, I just had a minor "holy cow"! moment. Then next night came this song, which means a lot to me. It wasn't Mikey v. Jimmy, it was transcendent.

I went to my first panic show in Wilmington, NC 2022, my friends got me birthday tickets since I turned 18. I never told them this but WSP has literally changed my whole life and perspective on it. It was like they were showing me “see life isn’t all too bad now is it?” And I responded “I see now!” with my horrible dancing skills😂
I really wouldn't consider this song religious. Its mostly a song about love. It does have a "churcy" sound, though. It sort of is spiritual in its own way.
Gorgeous I like WSP but never got into them like The Grateful Dead or Phish but covers like this and shows like Carbondale 2000 blow me away every time I hear them and each time my respect for them grows I am crushed I. Never got to see them with Mickey. That Carbondale show is the best first big snowstorm of the season driving music ever that chilly water papas home etc in the second set is ethereal
I’m not a break out the phone and record at shows guy, but I got the camera out to film this. A religious experience. The Fox was on fire that night, and this was a perfect way to end the first set.
Oh, and my wife and I left our then 8 month old at home with his grandmother so we could go to this show. Tonight, my now 4 year old request this to go to sleep to. A family that Panics together, stays together.
Look for this , the last weeks I listen a lot to Leonard Cohen, last night I head a strange dream about John Bell, something like a boat trip around the usa with him like a sort of captain; there were many coincidends, but He stays strong , and he was really a nice and emotional person in this dream

Wow...back in the day, I saw WP here and there, but I wasn't a diehard spreadhead--I preferred pHish and SCI and GD and Phil and MMW and ABB, etc. and bck then I didn't relate to all those who were so moved by JB. but goddamn, his voice now sounds viciously gorgeous...like I said, I don't know shit/aint no spreadhead, but to me, JB has never sounded better. god bless.
