- Not many persons from Kingston and St. Andrew know how long Red Hills Road really is. It can be said that it starts in the Half Way Tree area off Eastwood Park Road but did you know that it continues up into Red Hills. In this video we will drive its full length and highlight some key landmarks along the way.
Look out for where Cassia Park, Sunrise Cresent, Calabar High School, Chancery Street, Knightdale Drive and many other Jamaican communities intersect with Red Hills Road.

Never seen the full length of red hills road before great video
Glad you enjoyed it. Thank you for watching
Thanks for the ride, this brings back memories of the days when I used to go to parties and clubs along this way. Turntable club where they have live shows on Wednesday nights lol talent shows. King Yellowman and Barrington Levy to name a few used to pass thru. and there was this other nice club up the road, where you had to dress real nice. Red Hills Rd really long for sure. It took you from the inner city to the rural areas.
Memories on top of memories. Thanks for coming along for the ride
wow, never knew RED HILLS ROAD was that long. I always believe it ends at Price Rite.
I know right
Me too. Cuz I thought chancery street started when u turn left right after pricesmart. Right where the 'Y' began. Amazing how yrs go by and u learn something new everyday.

Thanks for the journey. The farthest I had ever gone was Fairdene Ave. Not much has changed in the lower section almost 35 years since I left.
Red Hills reminds me of Grandview Heights In Shop Hill St. Thomas here in Barbados
Thanks for sharing this. I really enjoyed watching it
Thank you. Happy you enjoyed it
God know I'm living in Havendale for 29 years. Wow mi old 😂 And never knew this. I thought chancery street started when u turn left right after pricesmart. Right where the 'Y' began. Amazing how yrs go by and you learn something new everyday.

Nice 👍 seeing the full length of Red Hills Road. Brought back great memories of my younger years roaming from KFC / Red Hills Mall to HWT after school during my youthful years. Hope you can take a look at Cooper’s Hill some time. Thinking of trying to get a lot up there.
Sound like a Calabar Old Boy. Am I right? Re requests, please send an email to jamaicaninsider@gmail.com

Like Molynes Road, Red Hills Road is another one of those tricky roads. Hope you will enjoy this video that also highlights some of the landmarks on Red Hills Road.
Red Hills Road is in Saint Andrews.
But does Red Gills Road takes you to a new lace called , ( Rock Hall ?)
Surely this must be the longest road in Jamaica
Maybe one of the longest
Wa wa, I am shock to see how Redhills develops ,I am away, when I was growing up I usually goes to Redhills looking Mongoes and do birds hunting.
It would be nicce to do a videos in the Forest hill area of redhill
Nice. But please can you show me a trip through Pear Tree ĢròvebSt Catherine to wood side via Palmetto Grove
👍👍👍
Thanks for watching👍
Yo why you skip past the area between Look Out and the police station?
Thank you I saw LEAS FLAT. I COULDNT see the houses opposite LEAS FLAT. 3 houses. One exactly opposite, next coming up the hill and old house that got burnt and is now probably rebuilt, then a fairly modern house. I would pay thee those.
Please Mr Insider I want to see those 3 houses opposite LEAS FLAT. I AM WILLING TO PAY A FAIR FEE.

I'm loving seeing this does anyone know Mr Watson who is a taxi driver at the court Leigh hotel not far from the pegasus he was my driver when I was in Kingston
It seems that Mr. Watson did a great job. Glad to hear that
I think Red hills Rd ends at the foot of the hill.
Shame I live in Forest hills so many yrs but never drove up to the top of Red Hills Road and I do believe it's one of the longest road in JA ?
Missing out. This is an alternative route to Ocho Rios, I recommend it if you want to avoid the crowds.
@@JamaicanInsider yes if you go up to rock hall into James mountain on to sligoville on to bog walk on to linstead ewarton monigue soldier facility on to fakes penn on to fern gully into ochi Rios which is very small and trust me i operate taxi from port maria ochi Rios for at least 5 years ochi Rios is small is the communities like backfield and other areas make it up
Ochi Rios is a little town from pineapple up by irie fm down to the fall and that's it the whole right side going down from top don't have much play sea is there right along
What's your average speed when you're on residential streets? It seems like you're going rather slow.
That’s a Continuous climb. Almost a constant Hill. It’s like going up steps. You come to a landing. Then more steps. Slow is better
What Road is the Longest in Jamaica?
Good question. I'm guessing Highway 2000
What's the price for a 2 bed room.
It depends
I was very dissapointed. I know that this road goes to Eastwood Park Rd. The video spent a lot of time in the affluent and very beautiful area, with lush vegetation. What about down on the "FLAT"? Not as beautiful, but "REAL". If you going to show the road, show the whole thing!
Whitehall ave🙂>>>
Greetings Angel. How are you connected to Whitehall Ave?
