- We dock and walk into Hamburg from port. We visit the Christmas Market (which wasn't open) and we stumble across Hamburg's tallest statue 'Otto von Bismarck Memorial' which was stunning to look at and stands at 114 ft!
We walk through the Elbtunnel which was amazing before heading back to the ship to dine at HOLA!

We were on the Euribia last year, and we are going again this Summer on the Yacht Club. You should have eaten a Fischbrötchen (fishbun) in Hamburg😁.

@@thelawgreens did the P&O round that stopped at Hamburg not long ago , your P&O vlog was spot on for me , you should have gone to late night snacks in their wind jammer oh my days. Pi**ed it down in Hamburg, didn't bother popping over to amsterdam the train wanted far too much money, thank god there was a good show on that night after a miserable day haha

I really did enjoy watching our Hamburg experience from your perspective. You both were brave walking it. Last minute we hopped on the transfer bus. Anyway all in all Hamburg was a great experience for us.

What a brilliant treat for a Tuesday evening! Hilarious! Hamburg is definitely on our list, the tunnel looks awesome! Your walk in is exactly what we would do, no plans and just go for it and sometimes it backfires on us 🙄😂 🐦 just think of the calories the 12 mile burnt, ready for the cocktails 🍸

Why didn’t I find your channel before going on the same cruise a week after you? 😭 you gave some great tips. Couldn’t agree more about some of the other passengers being dirty gets…sneezing into their hands, coughing everywhere, it drove me mad. And I wasn’t surprised to have tested positive for covid on the day we got back to Southampton! We got the shuttle bus whenever it was available ( too unfit to walk) and a tip to anyone who’s thinking about going on this cruise, we didn’t buy any of the excursions beforehand and am glad we didn’t as they reduced the prices the day before the excursion - look out for the offers in your daily newsletter. This included money off the shuttles too. I loved seeing how the other half cruised (we were in the cheap seats) 😂 but we had a good time nonetheless. And it was spotlessly clean which made me v v happy x

Salty rims,fishy fannies,scruffy gits,being shat on,stephen with a strop on(strop on not strap on)butlers with ill fitting uniforms and everything inbetween makes for a thoroughly enjoyable episode.cheers boys 👍🏻

12 miles bloody hell . Birds crapping on you is a a sign of good luck . Was it a bit uncomfortable being escorted by the butler . Gutted you didn’t find the fishy fanny . Great to see you both having a good rant at the end . Some people don’t know how to behave. Any decent Sausage about ?

You’re correct we didn’t see much of Hamburg - I think we missed the centre somehow but we did enjoy what we did see. Jamie enjoyed his little lemon meringue at the end of the evening 💛
😂😂this reminds me of us trying to walk into Valencia - we walked for an hour and a half nearly ending up on a motorway before a kind Spanish couple stopped their car and gave us directions- bloody google maps 😅
