There is historic need to accept fight against Emergency officially recognised by your ministry... 9.. emergency detainees in the states like Madhya Pradesh getting rs 30000 per month pension... 10.. uttarpradesh govt gives pension as well " gaurd of honour" to emergency detainees... 11.. but from Jharkhand to kerela in many states detainees getting nothing and facing hardships in old age and sense of neglect in old age . 12.. BJP+ NDA leaders and present government has historical duty and obligations towards democratic fighters against Emergency... 13.. any talk and debate on Emergency inside parliament as well outside will become meaningful only when Emergency detainees are given honour and freedom fighters status at National level.
