Inside the 16 Billion Naira Ultra Modern Stadium in Nigeria.
The stadium which is covered with an almost opaque white acrylic glass was designed and planed in the German office of ASS Architekten.
Divided into hundreds of triangular panels, the material gives an elegant effect with diamond-shaped expanses. These apertures add dynamism to the structure and also assure proper ventilation of the concourses.
The Stadium itself consists of:
✅ 30,000 capacity covered main bowl
✅ Bullet Proof VVIP/VIP areas
✅ Box office
✅ Media facilities
✅ Two scoreboards that comprise electronic scoreboard and video facilities for replays
✅ Floodlights
✅ Eight-lane 400m standard track
✅ Warm-up facility with six-lane 400m track
✅ A standby power supply system
✅ 30 emergency exit points
✅ 7,500 seater Grand Stand
✅ Helipad
✅ Two dressing rooms
✅ Ambulance bay

Lovely structure of the stadium 🏟 but time for Nigeria to push further in terms of thinking ahead...how can one navigate around the outside of that stadium.. I can't see any sign post or parking bays 🤯
