@@joeblow5658 Pretty cool. Seems like they're also setting up the biggest turtle being a type of gentle giant type character who also reflexively turns to stone when scared enough. Probably being able to control it later on once their fears are handled better. I'm so glad they aren't the bickering brothers thing anymore. As an adult now, bickering characters just feel annoying af.
So....basically each turtle is gonna have some new unique power that they discover along their journey. One is a telepath, and this one can turn to stone. I bet money the next one is gonna be able to teleport and the last one will be able to throw Hadoukens.
I really like the easter egg and call back to the TMNT origins with the one turtle reading a Daredevil comic that is freaking awesome and so good

It seems pretty decent but I honestly don't have enough fandom money or care to go all in on a new set of Turtles. The OG Turtles are perfect and are endlessly rebootable. This almost seems to take away the impact of the Last Ronin title
@@joeblow5658 They were green though. lol. Fr though, it doesn't matter, they are basically spiritual successors of the OG turtles and they don't need to be carbon copies of the originals, that would just be boring

Turning to stone makes me think of the 2003? Cartoon i think it was but i remember the turtles learning element powers from like 5 sages even splitter was one of them. So maybe they are drawings inspiring from that cartoon.

Here's a game idea. A Mutant Turtle game where you protect, ravage, or rule over your own mini pocket dimension city. Your actions and story being told through comic books that are seen and sold around the multiverse (other player's dimensions/game worlds). Your actions having chain reactions, saving some, killing others, and creating emerging heroes and villains around your city with their own goals and ambitions. You could recruit heroes, villains, or anti-either side, and train them. That would work similarly to the pawn system in Dragon's Dogma 2 where the AI's learn from you, but, with the help of an actual AI that basically duplicates itself over and over again to make up every citizen. The city has a max of 10,000 people as to not run the AI too thin. Once the population reaches the cap, 1,000 of them leave for various reasons to find better cities to live in. Could be you're protecting the city too well and villainous people want a better chance, or, you aren't doing enough and heroic people gave up the fight and just want to live out their days in peace, or some people don't care either way and want to live in a less chaotic city. You could send people on your side to other dimensions to help others, to be sent to a specific dimension you'd need permission from it's Admin Guardian(the play who runs or looks over that city.) After enough time and enough failures or cities of discomfort, the AI companions that have been sent away or choose to go away, become their own people, in a way. Form new identities more fitting of who THEY want to be, and go off on their own quests to accomplish their own goals for their own reasons. They are then granted the Freedom Admin Key, which grants them access to any dimension. If they can kill a player who has completely accomplished their goal within their city, 100% protection or 100% domination, the "Rogue AI Player" is granted ownership of that worlds Admin Key, displacing it's owner, forcing them to start over in another city or join a friend in another city. This is all existing in a purgatory like environment, everyone who decided to be some kind of fighter ages until they reach their peak physically, which is randomly decided by the system, between 25 to 55, then they don't age physically anymore. Everyone else ages normally, hopefully, dying of old age, but in a crime ridden city, who knows, maybe they die in a bombing, or a freak car accident, or a super villain attack. This could also all apply just as well to a super hero/villain game. Choose your body type, sex, gender or lack of, power if you choose to have any and be on your way. Maybe you choose to kill everyone, maybe you choose to just rob banks, or maybe you become a force for good and great change, eventually being known across the all other dimensions.

To let you know a bit more of my head space, Gotham Nights should have been a game where you choose a mentor out of the the 4 heroes, Batman dies, and the other 3 try saving him despite your mentors pleas to not go, leaving you and your chosen mentor as the last heroes. After the intro section, your mentor dies, leaving you alone to save or destroy the city. Do you become the savior Batman tried to be, or do you become a crime lord kingpin, one that Jason almost became, or maybe you go full nuclear and go all murder hobo on everyone like that possible future Damian. Who knows, only you do, now, Who Are You? (The title for it that I just came up with is Who Are You?) I love my brain.

Hey Benny here’s what comics could do to turn things around make everything canon. We have a multiverse after all so for example someone does a run on Batman then when that writer has done everything he or she has wrote about then the next writer can truly start over (cause multiverse) and with that fans can then decide who’s there Spider-Man like how people have their version of TMNT and people could get into comics a lot more easier cause now it is similar to Manga. To fair it no idea if it would work or not though but I think it is worth a try.
That ends in constant reboots and oversaturation to the point nothings new anymore
