To summarise: Madara is a Shinobi that died a long time ago, but he was ressurected by a technique. He was one of the most powerful and feared Shinobi that existed. His eyes (Sharingan) are an oculus power that allows him to somewhat predict movements of his opponents and put them in a Genjutsu (Illusion technique), which is how that one guy got paralyzed on the spot.
That blue giant he summoned (Susano) is another ability of the Sharingan. They are only able to gain that ability once they have achieved the Mangekyo Sharingan, which is an advanced form of the Sharingan. The Mangekyou can be achieved by killing the person who they love the most. To unlock the Susano, two other abilities must be achieved beforehand. Yes, the Sharingan has tons of abilities.
The Sharingan belongs to the Uchiha Clan bloodline. The same clan that Sasuke is from when you watched Naruto vs Sasuke. I hope this gives you a bit of insight of their powers and abilities.

you asked about his eyes, it's called the Sharigan, an Uchiha bloodline trait and they have a lot of crazy powers, but most notably powers that incapacitate people like hypnosis if you set even the slightest look into his eyes.
don't forget about the Rinnegan
Base Sharingan, 2 Tomoi is usually just the ability to predict movements, increase reaction time and ability to copy a jutsu as long as you have the change in chakra nature necessary for said jutsu.
3 Tomoi improves all of that as well as significantly boosting reaction time, and appears to be the bare minimum for usage of a genjutsu. The strength and complexity of said jutsu appears to be linked to the user’s training in specializing in that, seen with Sasuke not ever utilizing genjutsu in OG Naruto but the first time we actually see him he places one onto Sai. Pretty light, all things considered, but not too long later in the series chronologically, at the Five Kage summit he is seen placing a particularly nasty genjutsu onto the Raikage’s sensory ninja, and if I remember correctly that was without activating his Mangekyo.

After the sharingan there's the rinnegan. Which has its own abilities that tend to be op, Sasuke's rinnegan has a time space teleport jutsu, which allows Sasuke to switch places with anything as long as it's a similar mass to him

I highly reccomend watching the battles from the beginning to end instead of the end battles.
That way its more interesting and understanding.
Sage of Six paths and one other were able to have those eyes
The rinnegan, his eyes have multiple forms. The basic 2 and 3 marked eyes, the mangekyo form, and the eternal mangekyo form. Each form has its own abilities and as a user evolves his eyes he obtains the new forms and it's abilities. The mangekyo starts the susanoo ability that blue giant you saw of madaras. The eternal mangekyo form evolves the susanoo to it's final form. Unfortunately a sharing an only evolves from loss of a loved one or by tearing it out of your siblings head.
My bad I see I said rinnegan, the red eyes are the sharingan, the sharingan have the multiple forms, mangekyo and eternal mangekyo

The reason why Madara’s eyes were moving around like that is because they’re pre-congnitive the main power of the Uchiha Kekkei Genkai (Blood line limit) not to mention Madara has a Choku Tomoe (Straight Pattern) Sharingan a type of Sharingan only two people including him were where able to unlock
Just a little trivia about Madara's eyes, they are called Mangekyo Sharingan. They are eyes that allow the user to cast powers by using the eyes and they are obtained through emotional pain and of course training. And yes this guy is Broken 😤

honestly episode 322 has to be one of my favorite episodes in shippuden
shinobi=ninja. Same thing, different word. The levels are genin (starter), chunin (think middle school/high school), and jonin (graduate). They also have 3 Sanin. It's a made up that applies to those three for reasons.
That's the problem when you only reacts to what seems a hype moments of a series. You will and you can never understand what is going on, what is this? What is that? Indeed you will never understand the whole story.

In Naruto there are chakra, inner energie. you can use this energie to get stronger, make badass moves but there are some bloodlines with special powers, the migthiest are those with eye powers. there is the byakugan, this are white eys when you use them you can see all the chkra points in the body and can aim for them to hurt your opponent. there is also the rinnegan which gives you god like abilitys, its the oldest blood line and there is the sharingan. with the sharingan you can see a lot better and react quicker, you can make illusions and can trap poeple in this illusions. with enough power and some...improvements ;) you get the mangekyou sharingan (madara use it) its a lot stronger than the sharingan and each person who use it gets some crazy new powers not everytime the same. some of this power is susanoo a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of tchakra which surrounds you and can be controlled by you. with more skill it gets stronger and bigger. But the mangekyou sharingan hurts your eyes and makes you blind with time, so you need the eyes of another mangekyou sharingan user and put them into your head than you get the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan which dont hurt your eyes anymore

The show was still going pretty good at this point, until Madara was introduced. He suddenly brought the power levels of Naruto to a whole new level.
The people at the end are the 5 kage's aka the leaders of the 5 great ninja villages they are basically the strongest not counting the main characters. Madara hasn't even gotten started yet in the contents of this video he gets stronger and stronger over like the next 100 episodes...
Madara was built up for most of the entire series, the creator built up an enemy so much he actually couldn't think of a way for anyone to defeat him, they had to do a random ass pull in the end. One of the most op villians in all of anime history.

I am a huge consumer of reaction channels and yet I hate this kind of reaction… Why not react to the whole show ? Or at least the whole episode to have a minimum of context… This kind of reaction is just hype surfing, and it doesn’t do any good to the anime industry in general… (Hi Demon Slayer with your amazing visuals and one of the worst writing of all new gen mangas…)
Plus, having extra context would prevent you from pausing so much to ask so many questions and to make so many (false) assumptions…
My comment might sound aggressive or salty but I swear it’s not. It’s just that Naruto (and any manga/anime) is art, and art is something that, for me, should be respected. Naruto is so much more than just hyped battles and stunning choreographies…
Reacting to the most « hyped » fights without bothering getting interested in the lore and the story and all that just looks like opportunism for me… Just like reactors who never react to anything from one particular anime but will be the first ones to drop a reaction video when a super hyped episode is broadcasted.
You should do a little bit of actual research before recacting.
