@@swordanimates7190 at the time you pick your first mythic brawler you don't care about the meta at all, also Mortis is frustrating to play if you don't learn how to play him. Tara is way easier to play, way better at stomping noobs, and overall way easier to teamwipe with
4:52 I personally would have recommended Pam because she’s kinda like frank in a way and can pretty easily destroy early on with her immense health and attack spread.
As a Byron main it hurt to see my boy considered to be the pick for 10mins but there was always someone else

No new player should pick Edgar (I know Edgar is trash without hyper) but he is good in low trophies but not good at high trophies

Both brawlers suck in competitive play and both brawlers destroy noobs so it doesnt matter that much
I just can’t recommend anyone other than Griff. (recommends Edgar over Griff)

I took two-and-a-half years off from the game right before Ruffs came out, returned in October, and got every Brawler literally yesterday. Still watching and enjoying the video!
New player tip: Go for Brawlers with strong statistics, because they can sometimes have naturally high damage or health that allows them to still compete with overleveled opponents (a common issue in my experience).
Oh, and know which Brawlers are best to resource dump into! Some, like Otis and Surge, are a lot harder to play with before you get their good Star Powers, so its best to be able to level them up very quickly. Do your research!

Draco is my favorite design wise and gameplay wise, I’m switching all of my credits to him on release, no matter where he is in the meta. (Unfortunately i forgot to save my credits from the Godzilla season, but it’s not like the auto collect wouldn’t ruin that anyways.)

Pointing your friend towards this video is the worst thing that you can do. He picks terrible brawlers that right now are not meta. Moreover the meta shifts almost every month. So you better tell them every time instead of following this video.

5:05 Max is very difficult to play I would recomend Tara.
10:25 Sandy is really good rn but expect him to get some nerfs if you pick him.
13:40 if you play alot of showdown 100% pick Kit, he is so good in 1v1s.
14:20 Byron is also a good option.
16:42 Mandy is way better in my opinion, her super is really fun to use in knockout how you can snipe when the next round starts. Maisie has one of the hardest shots to hit.
17:30 I would recomend Willow because her super can control enemy players and that can be super fun (you can't really test this out in the training cave).
18:15 R-Ts shots are really thin so they could be difficult to hit, so if you don't like sharpshooters go Buster.
19:44 Janets super is something like nani, so if you are bad at controling nanis peep go Buster.

4:34 - Agree with the Daryl pick here out of the 3, but most new players will probably have unlocked Daryl by this time (they likely would have picked him on the 7 day new player calendar over penny). If you have Darryl already, I would go tick here just because it is good for getting new players accustomed to throwers, and a fun unique super.
5:56 I can argue with that. Spike is a solid choice, and he has the third-most trophies on my account, Rosa being the first and Darryl being the second. He's just so fun, and all you have to do is throw in the vicinity of the enemy to do damage, you don't really have to hit him spot-on. He's really fun in Knockout, and still one of my favorite brawlers. I pulled him from a Mega Box, my first Legendary Brawler, and I didn't get another until a long time after.

16:01 Here it depends a bit on which brawlers you like to play. If you like throwers, choose Grom, because he can do a lot of damage. It's true that he's a bit complicated to play if you're not very good with throwers because his attacks are easy to dodge, but if you want to control a zone, which is useful for modes like gemgrab or hot zone, he's quite useful.
On the other hand, if you like to use Bea or Piper and you don't usually move a lot to shoot enemies, choose Mandy. It's a bit tricky to get used to standing still but her attack distance bonus can be very useful to get control in open maps.
I really like playing with both of them, I prefer Mandy but because I go crazy every time I hear his voice lines and I start repeating them with weird voices (yes, I know it's weird but it comes out by itself). In general it depends a lot on how you like to play, in fact, if you like to play aggressive, use Ash, but the most important thing is DO NOT CHOOSE HANK.
I recently came back (3 weeks ago ) to the game after a few months for the Kaiju even so I guess this video Could be helpful 😊 ( I'm currently 500 tokens away to unlock kit)

I would love if they add a credit bank, but they will probably not because when a new brawler comes out all the old players come back to unlock them. They can use last season brawl pass, but they still have to play the last season. If they add a credit bank it will make old players stop playing for multiple seasons and still being able to get all the brawlers for free.

Something I think this guide doesn’t keep in mind that it really should is game modes: certain brawlers are way better in certain game modes than others and that’s crucial to keep in mind

Frank is one of the brawlers I enjoy the most playing and the build I use for him is health starpower, healing gear, damage gear and the double damage gadget that pulls enemies towards you. (I got him rank 25 today for the first time and my total trophies are 49 900)

This is actually crazy accurate, I’ve been playing since 2019 so idk how lower trophies are but I watched my friend start out and progress, and this man was just a menace with frank for the longest time until he unlocked Edgar and spent everything he had to get him to power 11 with hypercharge whilst having all his other brawlers below power 3
Personally, for new players, i think unlocking Brawlers of a certain play style early is better, as it gets them to understand how they work. You have no idea how many times i have seen new players using Marksman and Artillery type Bralwers like they were Tanks but most off all, quick firing with them when snipers and throwers need to manual aim for better results.

So i agree with almost everything here, except for your second legendary. I think you should pick sandy over spike as sure, he may be a bit worse sometimes, but hes much more fun when you get to play him for a bit.
I would recommend choosing Byron before Kairos did, he is a great and fun support brawler. It does take some time to get used to knowing when to heal and when to deal damage though.
(I should note that I am baised since he is my favorite brawler in the game, which seems to be an unpopular opinion for some reason).

Kairos selecting mortis and then saying max is the first very fast movement speed brawler
Please just chose the brawlers you find fun, and if you like doing power league pick a few versatile brawlers and some brawlers for different map styles (so try to have at least two snipers, one support etc)
Meta changes all the time, some brawlers are better than others but it doesn't always last, and honestly the difference isn't that big between S tier brawlers and D tier ones as long as you play well.
Also don't pick barley, you get him for free by using supercell id (cloud sync) feature

instead of picking bea i would say piper because she can two tap most brawlers from max range and she can kinda counter close range brawler with her gadget.

I personally think you should get surge early on because he kinda helps teach the play to not always go agro and rewards you for not going agro. But he also does have his moments when he can go agro and destroy then enemies you just have to know when. If you like support healers or just snipers I would suggest pick Byron sooner
