Folks have been asking for it so here it is my first catch and cook! Pan seared sea trout! this is one of my favorite ways I cook my sea trout Dinsmore outdoors on Facebook: / dinsmoreoutdoors
The metal table maybe a good reason?? the gimmick is the handle not the blade...."now they are using that handle on everything they can". Not use? I fry up a entire 6 fish limit at once and can power house them in one day. Dinner and lunch!
The chinese steel is the reason it doesnt hold the edge, had the knife way before the table was a gift from my father. best knife I have seen to hold a edge was the benchmade fillet knife crazy sharp! I still fry some fish, but still being in the military i try to keep most my meals light so I can stay in weight.
the USAF fed us so well, I gained weight!!! My Titan -titanium made in Florida knives are the best I've ever used. At least 50 fish on the 7'' and never yet ''recovered'' the blade. As seen on my video's.
I tried this recipe and it was good. do you use the same recipe for different fish species and if so what do you use. oh by the way the Everglades seasoning is really good.
1joetify haha I told you that stuff is like crack. I'm flattered you used my recipe! I cook it different ways i just go on what I'm wanting that night, I just uploaded a video on cooking a flounder poboy! Have you checked it out?

Haha thanks John! I sure do!
What does the O.J. do for the fish? Also... the sound was off with your video... like it was delayed 15 seconds.
Takes out some of the fishy taste and sweetens the meat up a little
@@DinsmoreOutdoors Thanks! You did not mention this in the video
