I forgot to add, there was a 2019 Manchester United defender sent off I'm a wolves vs man I and even though he almost fractured a player VAR told the ref to re activate him into the game. This i found fraudulent due to the fact it violated the criteria of center ref. Which brings me to the next point, why did the referee not consider going to the monitor to review the play and re establish his decision. I see many refs get arbitrated by VAR but VAR, in fact, creates the ambiguous decision taking away center ref criteria.
I believe there might be a miss interpretation about the glossary "Restart position" change/update. In offside decisions, from a restart or normal play the judgement should be based not on the feet position but on the part of body (except hands and arms) nearest to the goal line.

During KFPM if both goalkeeper and kicker commits offence then kick is recorded as miss and kicker is caution
