Without the BOULEVARD project of our mayor, it could have been a major damage due to the magnitude of typhoon Odette. This video is to showcase the good governance of our LGU headed by Mayor Lamberto “Sonny” Llamera that serves as a great achievement and legacy to all Libjoanon.
