When you go into your menu if you go to the very left hand tab it's called Tavern and will show you a variety of stats including max occupancy, so at max no matter how many tables you have how many people can be in the tavern at once - hope this helps

Ooo this will be good to check! I originally thought the extras were people who stood at the bar (like irl) with the limiter being the tables, then I realised it was a level up thing😂

@@ZannahG you can get people seated at the bar too but I've never done this
