If Sasuke found and have this, his revenge against itachi might go swiftly than expected just my opinion.
He would get his revenge on the Village as well for the name of the Uchihas
He doesn't learn about that until years later though. More likely, after confirming Itachi's death, he either destroys the Death Note to prevent it from being used against him, or he kills every missing-nin in the Bingo Book (no Itachi means he can now focus on reviving his clan, so better to eliminate potential future threats just in case)... and then he either destroys it or puts in a safe, hidden place in his clan compound in case Konoha ever goes to war!
Obito is going to be too busy freaking out over most of Akatsuki suddenly dying (only himself, Zetsu, Pain and Konan are unknown to the world at large), along with every major missing-nin worth naming/recruiting, to even think of trying to recruit Sasuke when he is still a relatively weak Genin.
His plans with Akatsuki have just been strangled in the crib. The bijuu sealing ritual takes days, even with all nine members, for just the one tail. It'll take him, Zetsu, Pain and Konan over a week at least for the others.
By the time Sasuke is old enough and strong enough to even think of recruiting, Sasuke will have had a lot more time to mellow out and grow attached to otherd. He'd be more likely to just kill Danzou, Sarutobi (if he is still alive), and Sarutobi's two teammates, instead of trying to learn the names of every ninja in the village.

Daamn, wasn't expecting the Bloodborne music. Played the game for the first time half a year ago and immediately became a huge fan of this theme and a couple others. Listened to it like hundreds of times by now.

Ok all of the Sasuke part I do not have a problem with.
But the Naruto part.....
First off, Naruto writing that he becomes Hokage is actually possible for the deathnote. All the people responsible for electing the Hokage would suddenly make an election fire the 3rd Hokage from the job (he will get it back later) and elect Naruto as the 5th Hokage before dieing. An investigation would take place, where the investigators would find Naruto's deathnote and confront Naruto, but Naruto would die because I Naruto writing that he would become Hokage Naruto wrote down his own name into the deathnote.
At Naruto's funeral Hinata is crying and trying to think of some way to bring Naruto back to life, and she comes up with an idea.
Hinata steals the deathnote and kills everyone who would get in her way and becomes a rogue ninja. Hinata then finds Orochimaru and writes his name in the deathnote and he will die but not before teaching the young girl in front of him the reanimation jutsu (Hinata does not write her own name in the deathnote).
Orochimaru dies Hinata reanimates Naruto and the she has sex with Naruto for years throwing away the deathnote in the process.
The deathnote is then found by Obito who has his own plans for the deathnote.
But first Obito also learned the reanimation jutsu from watching Orochimaru last lesson on the jutsu to Hinata, so Obito uses the reanimation jutsu on Rin and then he has sex with her for years.
