From the late 90's onward, Aquarius Records became legendary for their bi-weekly email lists of new releases. Tens of thousands of reviews with truly deep analysis and usually multi-paragraph in size (sometimes rivaling college essays in length), these lists were the direct gateway to underground music - which benefitted both the listener AND the musical artists. This is a small snippet of the section of the film that focuses on "The List."
