This boy is top class and has the ability to play for the worlds biggest clubs.. sometimes can be a bit frustrating as he can take an extra touch and lose the ball quite often but can also produce genius... Not had the the best year or so as I think he has wanted to move and this effected his performances.. . When he settles he can be a huge player for palace . I think in time the big boys will come calling ..

What palace need to do is to get edouard focussed and motivated. If they do that they will see the best of him. He is technically good on the ball and is good at both dribbling and creating chances for himself. Pressure doesn't bother him and he is a big game player. He scored against teams like AC Milan and Leipzig for Celtic. His weaknesses are he is not physically aggressive enough for a striker and doesn't tend to score poacher's goals. He needs to tackle and head the ball more as well. It might be a good idea to play Édouard along with a striker who is a poacher. Edouard is good at sizing up what is happening on the pitch and making incisive passes.

He is though on his best days an unreal goalscorer and if you get that Edouard back then £18m is an absolute steal, all the best👍🏻

Can only wish eddie the best however, gave us some class memories and skelped the huns a good few times whilst he was at it🍋🍀

As a Celtic supporter mixed feeling about Edouard in tbe sense when he first came to Celtic for the first 2 season he was a top quality player then he wanted to leave in the last 12 months he chose not to commit himself on pitch mentally and physically!! The first 2 years all Celtic fans saw his real capability and talent and we also witnessed his other side!! The side to which when he wants to leave a club he will put personal feeling before his professionalism and commitment to the club who pays him thousands to deliver through performance and commitment on the pitch to the point after 12 months of experincing squander opportunities that im really glad to see him leave so that we can replace him with a striker who has the hunger and commitment we dserve if he has a professional contract with us. Im confident that palace fans have no need to worry for the first 1-2 years or to the point Edouard has focus on another club

CELTIC FAN HERE, we told you all Van Dyke was world class, we told you all Tierney was outstanding and now i will tell you about Edouard, Edouard will be outstanding for 6 months then every defender in the league will suss out that he always and i mean always rolls his foot on top of the ball to get onto his right foot, once the defenders of the premier league suss this he will very rarely go past another defender, and this is the real reason he was amazing for us in the first year and a bit, the defenders then sussed what he does and that was the end of Edouard, oh bye the way he will not graft for the team or run in behind either, that said enjoy the first six months and the amazing song we created for him, (his song is the only thing i'll miss)

On feb 11th 2017 odsonne edouard shot with an airsoft gun in the ear of Mr Guirbal, 62, for no apparent reason other than trying to have a bit of fun. the Criminal Court rendered its judgment in which it imposed a 23,539 € fine and a deferred prison sentence of 4 months. To this date odsonne edouard hasn't paid nor contacted Mr Guirbal who still suffers from the consequences of the aggression and has to use a hearing aid.

He scored a vital goal in Celtic's 2-1 win over rangers to kill off their title challenge in 2019 and scored another vital goal when Celtic won 2-0 at Ibrox in August 2019.
