You can't change eye movement. Use a high quality source image, and if you don't like the result, try again to see different outputs. Most of the time, one of the outputs will be perfect. Also use AI Video Upscaler to increase quality.
If you subscribe to the Basic plan, you can download the video without the watermark. If you want to use the free plan, you can use tools like online-video-cutter to remove the watermark, but usually the watermark part in the video will be in Bluray mode.
Currently, the output resolution is 512×512 and you have no option to change it, so it will crop your image. Maybe they will support different resolutions in the future.
Dupdub is a great tool and supports different aspect ratios. Hedra does not currently support different aspect ratios, but they may add this feature in the future. It is normal that some features gradually are added to the tools.
The avatars don't look natural or realistic at all. This software is okay for kids who want to create videos of fantasy characters, but no use at all to serious/professional video producers.
It depends on your source image. For some images it can create perfect result, but it is generally true. This tool needs to be updated. Currently, the quality of the output can be increased and improved using upscaler and make it better.

I just cannot work out how to save my videos that I have created. When I click on the ‘Download’ - nothing happens at all

But if my picture is 16:9 it crops it to 1:1…. How do I get around that?
