  • Marek Larwood goes on the West Wittering Circular walk, taking in the famous beach, East Head, and the New Lipchis Way up to West Itchenor. I downloaded the route from an app called 'Viewranger' which I highly recommended. You can upload GPS routes to it too.
    If you enjoyed this video, and want to help me make more, it would be really great if you joined the Cool Dudes Walking Club. You can join on CZcams Channel’s main page and click join to pay a monthly amount via youtube.

    Space Invaders. This happened to me very recent on a walk on the Mendips. I sat far away from two friends I've bumped in to... Then a group of five "tourists" sit next to me; talking about how the should bring deck chairs with them the next time!!
    I lost that battle, finished my lunch early and walked on. Deck Heads! There's another name for them.
    I was hoping we'd get to meet your brother at the end - or that you might at least play out the role of both characters.

      I think some people actually like sitting close to total strangers. I find it mystifying. On the beach people were all crowded together round the corner the beach was empty.

    I went for a walk round a local reservoir on Sunday and was fascinated by a bird which turned out to be a redshank when I got home and found it in my bird book, it was getting really territorial and shouting at and dive bombing the ducks and geese that were sleeping on the shore, I think it might be one of my new favourites. Thanks Marek 👍

    Finally, a walk at a location I know very well. And I am one of those people that sat on the grass! Why? The kids didn't like sand in their lunch, so we would spend the morning on the beach, lunch by the car, then they prefered to play on the grass all afternoon...

    • @cdwc
      @cdwc  Před 3 lety

      Mr. Schnitzer! Sadly there were two versions of Mr. Schnitzer. A stunt version which got kicked about and a good version. After the first series I asked the producer if I could keep one of them and he said they had to go into storage for the next series. There was no second series so I never saw Mr. Schnitzer again.
