You handled the eye pressure test like a pro. Everytime I have to do it it always causes a reflex causes my head to shoot back, and it usually takes about ten tries to get it. Usually they have to hold my eyelids open because of my sensative blink.
Reminds me of seeing independent optometrists as a child; I actually liked the appointments! You don't see this level of attention at places like Specsavers.

Do you just ask all these people if you can film your appointment and upload it to CZcams? I'm somewhat surprised they are ok with that. Do you get a lot of rejections? And what do you tell them what these videos are for?
I always ask for permission to film in advance (this is where rejections happen) and make sure the place is comfortable with me uploading the final edited video! 😊 I also send a link to my channel and an explanation of what asmr is!

This is 100% real? I told my eye Dr tht I get Migraines n dude said, "we focus on eyes. Go to ur primary dr". N I said, "I have but thy said tht it might be my eyes. So I'm here to check thm." N he really said, "well u r blind. So u stress ur eyes out. So not much I can do". My Migraine got worse n went back to my primary dr n got 3 different brain exams done. All said nothing was wrong. So here I am taking two 500 MG pain killers n throwing up 2 to 3 times whenever I get thm. 🙃
Hi Jasmin - true migraines are usually due to nerve compression secondary to vascular dilatation secondary to the brain considering that it does not have enough oxygen. Typical causes are : anxiety, stress, tiredness, fatigue, febrile illness, poor posture (especially if craned over a computer screen for hours!), dehydration, cardiac and blood-pressure anomalies, trapezius trigger-point problems - and rarely, certain foods. In women, it can be due to the menstrual cycle. The Optician should have known this and given you advice based on what they observed or took notes on during your eye exam and sight test. The symptoms depend on which nerve is compressed; optic nerve compression leads to aura, vagus nerve leads to nausea, sensory nerve to headache etc. During lockdown when hordes of pallid, poor-postured, monosyllabic teens came in over-exposed to computer screens for 12+ hours a day, headaches and migraines were the most common presenting symptom.

Jasmin I got frequent migraines. I was referred to a specialist. She recommended candesartan every day. They've reduced my migraines significantly.
