2018 Niagara Conservation Toilets at my new apartment

Same apartment layout just because this one is newly renovated and everything is much better looking, but they kept the toilet since these were just installed back 5 years ago. Same year of production, but these toilets were fabricated in July. Same toilets with questionable performance and terrible flush. Rating: 2.5/10
